Personal Auto Insurance is required by law in the states in which we operate.
Bodily Injury Liability – to pay for other people who suffer bodily injury as a result of an accident in which you are liable.
Property Damage Liability – to pay for damage to other’s property caused by an accident in which you are liable.
Uninsured Motorists – protects against monetary loss suffered in an auto accident in which the other party is negligent but does not have insurance.
Underinsured Motorist – protects against monetary loss resulting from bodily injury suffered as a result of an auto accident in which the other party is negligent but whose bodily injury limits are less than the total damages you are entitled to recover.
Personal Injury Protection (MN) – pays your medical expenses & some non-medical expenses incurred as a result of an auto accident.
Comprehensive – pays for physical damage to your covered auto other than collision damage, such as fire, theft, hail or glass breakage.
Full Coverage Safety Glass – waives the comprehensive deductible for repair or replacement of safety glass.
Collision – pays for physical damage to your covered auto caused by collision with another vehicle or object.
Road Trouble – pays for towing & emergency road service.
Additional Expense – pays to rent a car while yours is in the repair shop as a result of a covered claim.
Accidental Death Benefit – pays a benefit as a result of a death caused by a covered accident.
Medical Payments (SD) – pays for medical expenses as a result of an accident.
Lease and Loan Gap Coverage – pays in excess of the actual cash value of the auto in order to cover the outstanding lease or loan amount.
